Amongst the very distinguished guests at this evenings presentation were; Group Captain Philip Dacre and Air Commodore Ian Stewart, to award ICWO Gethin Davies with being the Best Male Air Cadet in the United Kingdom for 2009
Along with a citation by Flt Lt Stones (OC 499 Squadron) and the award ceremony, the evening included a mixture of cultural and contemporary music by Bethan Myfanwy Hughes (Internationally renowned harpist and vocalist), Tammy Davies (a Graduate of The Royal College of Music), and selection of choral music from The Port Talbot Cymric & Bois Afan Choirs.
As a Squadron we extend our warm and sincere thanks to all who supported us, and for making the occasion such a successful and memorable evening.
